PBFC Rush Tryouts 2024-2025 Season

PBFC Rush Academy and Premier Tryout Registration 2024-2025

PBFC Rush Academy and Premier Tryout Registrations are open! Both returning and new players must complete the tryout registration. There is no payment required to tryout. 

 

Who: Open to all soccer players born in 2018-2006

Where: Escambia County Sports Complex (2020 Bauer Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506)

Dates: May 20-21 (Monday-Tuesday) with 23 (Thursday) as make up date if a rain out occurs on 20th or 21st. 

2013-2018 Boys/Girls and 2006-2008 Girls: 5:30PM-6:45PM

2009-2012 Boys/Girls and 2006-2008 Boys: 7:00PM-8:30PM

Arrive 30 minutes before tryouts to secure enough time to checkin.

 

TRYOUT RESULTS

The PBFC Rush 2024-2025 season is from August 1, 2024 to May 15, 2025. All Players who are accepted on the team after tryouts will be sent a formal acceptance letter and official registration information where they will pay the season fees. Players who are not offered a spot will also be sent an email from the coach notifying them of the result.
 

UNIFORMS FOR ACCEPTED PLAYERS

Players who are accepted on a team will be required to purchase team uniforms that will be used from August 2024-May 2025. Accepted players will be sent uniform ordering instructions upon their registration payment in SportsEngine for the spring season. Uniforms are produced and shipped through Capelli, so orders must be placed as soon as possible within their 4-6 week production time. 

Player Check-In Instructions

Thank you for registering for the PBFC Rush 2023/2024 Academy and Premier Tryouts.  As a reminder the tryouts will take place Monday, May 20st and Tuesday, May 21st at Southwest Sportsplex (2020 Bauer Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506). We ask that all registrants attend BOTH tryout days. If you can no longer make it or can only attend one tryout day, please fill out the absentee form at the end of this email.


All players born in 2013-2018 Boy/Girls and 2006-2008 Girls will have tryouts from 5:30PM-6:45PM. Players should arrive at 5PM to secure enough time to check into the training session.


All Boys/Girls players born in 2009-2012 and 2006-2008 Boys will take place from 7:00PM-8:30PM.  Players should arrive at 6:30PM to secure enough time to check into the training session.

 

Player Check In Procedure: 

- All players check in to the Black Capelli tents near the pavilion in front of Field 1. 

- Players will receive a number to be pinned on the front of their shirts by their guardian, and then go straight to their assigned field (field map attached, and age group layout below.) There will also be yard signs posted at each field with the field number.

- Coaches will take roll call at the assigned field after players have received their number at the tent. All players keep their number for the next tryout day. Please do not dispose of them.

 

Field Assignments:

TBD - Field Assignments will be posted a week prior to tryouts. 
 

Bring the following:

- Returning PBFC Rush players wear black training kits. All others wear comfortable sports attire.

-Water

-Shinguards

-Cleats/Shoes

-A Soccer Ball (Name on It)
